Enter our  Small Business Start-up Marketing Package.  We simplify the process of getting all the required marketing materials into a few easy steps. Because our graphic and web design team has been through this scenario many times, we get it done right, and fast! 

The best part is, we handle all of it. We purchase the  domain name, set up your web hosting, order your printing and even hook you up with email addresses with your URL. Scratch all these items off your to-do list, as we have them covered.

Looking for more or less out of our package? No worries, we aren’t offended, just ask. Every business is different and we can make adjustments. If you need to add a brochure, or you already have a website. We are flexible!

Yeah, but what’s the price?

$2,499. We answer this question first because it matters. That price includes:

      • Logo design with a minimum of 3 unique design concepts; plus 2 rounds of changes
      • Business card and letterhead design
      • Business card printing – 500 cards for 2 employees
      • Electronic letterheads in PDF and Word
      • Domain name purchase
      • Web hosting through the current calendar year
      • WordPress database set-up
      • WordPress DIVI theme license
      • WordPress landing page website
      • SSL certificate for site security
      • Email addresses set up and instructions to your specific domain name

Our designers and developers set it all up – you just provide us  your landing page content and contact infomation. For example, a list of your services, contact information and general description of your business. Provide us some photos and we can also add a photo gallery.

THIS IS HOW WE DO IT

CRAWL 1: Why We Packaged It and “The Conversation”

We created  the graphic and web design package for start-ups when we realized many new businesses are not thinking beyond a logo. The have a lot on their mind. So they request a logo design but haven’t planned for how they can use it. The conversation typically goes like this:

THEM: Great, let’s move ahead with the logo.
GIDO: What about business cards or letterhead for invoicing? We can design and print them after your logo is done.
THEM: OH, yeah. Great idea, I guess we need those, too.
GIDO: What is your contact info, URL and email for the cards?
THEM: OH, we don’t have a website and can I just use my  hotmail address?
GIDO: What if we set you up with a domain, hosting and email accounts, so that it looks professional and you aren’t using your personal email account. We’ll even cover the cost of your hosting until the end of the year.
THEM: REALLY? Yeah, lets do that. How much?
GIDO: We’ll get back to you with pricing. (UPDATE: We don’t say this anymore, as we have done it enough to know that the price will be $2,499).
GIDO: $2,499

STEP 1: Securing your domain

Tell us your business name and the URL you want. We will research to see if the URL is available. If your URL is not available,  we will provide alternatives that are able to be purchased. We purchase the domain so that it won’t be pulled out from under us. We manage your domain and hosting through our agency account, with the domain set to auto renew so you never lose it.

STEP 2: Logo Design

It starts with you giving us your business name and a little direction:  logos you like; things you hate; colors you must have, fonts styles that you prefer. A little bit of direction goes a long way. Then we get to work. We design 3 unique logo variations and present for your review. You make comments and feedback –  we make edits. The logo evolves into its final version from your feedback and our graphic designers making adjustment to fit your needs. The logo is finalized and we provide you the original design file along with the most common file formats you will need in a zipped file that you keep forever.

STEP 3: Business Card & Letterhead

Once the logo is finalized, you send us your contact information and the names you want to use for email addresses. We design your business cards and letterhead using that information. Once your cards are approved,  we send them to print. Then we create a PDF and Word Doc template of your letterhead, which you can use for business letters, invoicing or letters to your gradeschool pen pal.

STEP 4: The Website Stuff

While the cards are printing, that is when we get you set up online. Our web developers and web designers set up your hosting plan through our agency account (don’t worry we don’t hold it hostage – at anytime you can transfer to your own hosting). We set up your email accounts and get you login information to check online and set up your new email accounts on your devices. We install WordPress and the industry famous DIVI theme. We build a home page/landing page with the content you provide.

STEP 5: The Launch

Once the cards are delivered and the landing page is approved (and your bill is paid). We launch it! Show it off, you are now a legit business.
